Although I was already under contract with another contractor that had pretty much abandoned my project, Brady and his team provided me a comprehensive proposal with detailed amounts for allowances on the finishes. Their bid also included timelines for work completion and payment breakdown which only makes them work more efficiently since they only collect after certain stages are completed along with city inspection pass. Brady also provided me with previous client references and also had me visit multiple job sites in different stages of completion. I must say I was impressed with their craftmanship. Unfortunately, I was still under contract with my contractor which was holding my funds hostage and I wasn't in a position to carry that loss and hire Brady and his team. Although Brady knew I wouldn't be hiring his company due to my situation, he and the owner of his company conference called me and were able to connect me with an attorney that helped me renegotiate my current contract. Since then my contractor has adhered to the terms of our contract. Brady has reached out on several occasion just to see how my progress is even though I didn't hire them. They do a lot of bigger projects like apartment structures than just ADU's which i think helps them keep their prices competitive. Buildzoom also ranks them and list how many permits and project they have underway. I would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them back for other project once I complete this one.
