Set on a tight hillside lot behind an occupied duplex, this 3-bed, 3-bath ADU was one of our more demanding builds. We worked around limited space. Residents stayed on site the entire time and every existing parking space had to remain usable. The tenants stayed. Nobody lost a parking spot. And the ground that sat empty for years is now 1,200 square feet of finished living space.
