Soon after buying their first home, the owner came to us to build an ADU in the
unused backyard, a comfortable place to live while renting out the main house. The priority was
privacy, with a space designed around how the owner wanted to live. Built from the ground up,
the project turns once-empty backyard into a private home of its own.
