Set on a tight hillside lot behind an occupied duplex, this 3-bed, 3-bath ADU was
one of our more demanding builds. We worked around limited space, residents living on-site
throughout, and existing parking that had to stay fully intact. By carefully sequencing the build,
we turned a vacant slope into 1,200 square feet of finished living space without disrupting daily
life.
