Ximeno began with a 1910 garage that was falling apart. We
demolished the old structure and built new from the ground up, creating a 2-story, 2-unit ADU
with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The result is a bright, full-sized home that adds real livable
square footage and strong long-term rental income potential.
