Eagle Rock - New Detached ADU
COLLEGE VIEW
An expecting young couple reached out to us to build a guesthouse for their parents. They wanted a space where the grandparents could be close to their newborn, with the potential to rent the unit in the future. Built from the ground up in an unused backyard, we made the most of a tight space, incorporating a full kitchen, and laundry unit.
Long Beach - Garage Conversion
JACKSON VIEW
Jackson began as an underused garage that we converted into a bright 1-bed, 1-bath ADU, built entirely within the existing structure. Rather than expand the footprint, we made smarter use of the space already there, transforming an underutilized garage into a comfortable home that’s an easy fit for rental income or everyday living.
West Hollywood - New Detached ADU
RUGBY VIEW
Set on a tight hillside lot behind an occupied duplex, this 3-bed, 3-bath ADU was one of our more demanding builds. We worked around limited space, residents living on-site throughout, and existing parking that had to stay fully intact. By carefully sequencing the build, we turned a vacant slope into 1,200 square feet of finished living space without disrupting daily life.
East Los Angeles - New Detached ADU
TOWNSEND VIEW
Soon after buying their first home, the owner came to us to build an ADU in the unused backyard, a comfortable place to live while renting out the main house. The priority was privacy, with a space designed around how the owner wanted to live. Built from the ground up, the project turns once-empty backyard into a private home of its own.

XIMENO VIEW
Ximeno began with a 1910 garage that was falling apart. We demolished the old structure and built new from the ground up, creating a 2-story, 2-unit ADU
with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The result is a bright, full-sized home that adds real livable square footage and strong long-term rental income potential.
